At Sony Music Vinyl Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your record arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect pressing, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the order and specific vinyl items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the record in its original specialized mailer, ensuring all original inserts, sleeves, and accessories are included to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the condition of the vinyl, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship your replacement.
